Jenn has been an East Brunswick resident for 25 years. She has been a lifelong fitness enthusiast, with passion and expertise in cycling, running, strength and endurance training, and healthy living. She has participated in numerous road races, endurance cycling events, competitive traveling tennis, and sprint triathlons. She will motivate and inspire you to do things you may have thought not possible, She will encourage you and push you to explore and test your own limits. Her goal is to ensure each person in her class gets what they came for, and walks out feeling satisfied and empowered. Debi graduated from Slippery Rock University of PA with a Bachelors in Physical Education and Emphasis in Lifetime Fitness. She has certifications in the following. AFAA Group Exercise Instructor,TABATA BOOTCAMP, BEACHBODY PIYO and MAD DOGG SPIN.
She enjoys training members at ALL fitness levels. Debi finds it especially rewarding to take part in an individual's fitness journey and assist them in attaining their goals. Jen has been spinning for 18 years, and has been hooked since the first time she got on a bike at Equinox in NY. She decided to bring her personal passion for Indoor Cycling to the next level, by getting her Schwinn Certification. She is here to share her positive energy! Angelina has been evolving in life by regular practice of yoga aims at unfolding potentials. She has been doing/helping through intensive practices daily and regularly to attain optimum well-being at physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Her passion and dedication inspired her to help her young and middle school students as special education teacher in public school. As a special educator, she sees the potential in her students to transcend all limitations to live a life of balance. She believes that a lot arises on this yoga journey but the gift of yoga is very precious. It is all about balance. Balance is key in order to embrace any changes in our bodies as well as in our lives. She is grateful for each day she is able to practice as well as her ability to guide others. Together, as continuous practitioners, we can all find the balance. She realized that yoga is self-conscious finding that one need to imbibe as a journey of life to attain physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual well-being. Angelina graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University, in English and Secondary Education with an endorsement in Special Education in January 2013.She recently graduated with her Master’s degree in May 2016. In addition to higher education, she is certified 200-hour experienced registered yoga teacher (eRYT). Besides special education teaching, she teaches hot yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Hatha yoga, children's yoga and other styles of yoga at different locations in NJ. After learning Authentic Yoga tradition from a master, she has started teaching Authentic Yoga traditional practices that transcends but integrates all styles for a balance in life. Tracy Fink is a practitioner and teacher of attention training and meditation in the workplace and in communities. She is a frequent speaker on Courageous Leadership: Getting Outside Your Comfort Zone; Resiliency Training; and Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness for Leaders. She is currently enrolled in the Teacher Certification Program at Search Inside Yourself, the global mindfulness-based, emotional intelligence program designed at Google. Tracy has a MBA from Northeastern University and a BA in Psychology from Boston University. In 2018 she was named a Best 50 Women in Business in New Jersey from NJBiz.
Qaiser has been a popular certified indoor cycling instructor for over ten years in Chicago, regularly leading classes of 50 or more people. He is also a Level 1 Youth Fitness Specialist, Level 1 Youth Speed & Agility Specialist, and Youth Nutrition Specialist with the International Youth Conditioning Association. A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Qaiser currently enjoys resistance training, hiking, and skiing. He is an avid cyclist of over 35 years and founding member of the Colavita Chicagoland Bicycling Team. He loves both road and mountain biking and loves sharing his knowledge to help people get fitter and stronger on the bike. His favorite place to mountain bikes is in the Colorado Rockies; his favorite place to road bike is in Maui; his favorite indoor cycling studio is Evolution!
