Christie may be new to central New Jersey but not to fitness. Her passion for group fitness started in her home state of West Virginia over 20 years ago and there she began her journey as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. As a group fitness instructor she loves teaching many different styles of fitness and holds certifications with SCW for Group Fitness, Mad Dogg Athletics SPINNING, Balanced Body MOTR Pilates, and SCW Ballet Barre.
For Chris, cycling has always been at the top of her list, and coaching cycling is a way for her to help others feel good from the inside out as well as reach personal fitness goals. She wants to be a part of your fitness journey, and she promises to give you a tough effective workout all while having a fantastic time listening to great music!

This 50 minute heart pumping ride is set to the beat of high energy music carefully choreographed to get you going. Perfect for your mind, body and spirit, riders of all levels are welcome and are instructed to modify the workout to your ability. Our instructors will guide you though high intensity intervals along with endurance portions to give you the best workout around.

Evolution Circuit 45 targets the whole body through endurance, strength and power exercises, incorporating all aspects of fitness. This 45 minute circuit workout is limited to 8 people, and will be tailored to your own fitness level. It will surely get your heart pumping, sweat dripping and help you achieve visible toning and results.
Evolution's Early Bird ride is perfect for the early riser who wants to jumpstart the day! 45 minute class allows you to get in and out quickly, but not before getting in an awesome workout!
