Janet is a life long yoga and fitness enthusiast and a now a Certified Yoga Instructor. After the birth of her daughter via c-section, she found her core was too weak to exercise as she had prior to her pregnancy. With the approval of her doctor, she tried a cycling class, slowly regaining strength, and never looked back. Certified by Schwinn and Mad Dogg Athletics SPINNING®, she brings her passion for an active, healthy lifestyle to each and every class. Dedicated to helping others find mental balance and peace through fitness, she understands and appreciates the importance of physical fitness as a form of stress-release. ALL ARE WELCOME! Janet thrives at working with beginners as well as seasoned athletes. Her focus is on improving your form and technique so that you can enjoy your ride longer and decrease chances of injury.
