Linda

Linda is a lifelong fitness enthusiast! She has been instructing cycling, fitness and pilates classes for over 20 years and loves sharing her knowledge and experience with clients. She enjoys challenging clients to bring their best effort forward in their workouts through an emphasis on proper form and nonstop motivation! She has secured multiple certifications throughout the years including AFAA fitness, MADD Dog Athletics spin, RealRyder International cycling, Pilates mat, reformer, barre and small apparatus. She is also a certified personal trainer. Linda is very excited to join the Evolution team and looks forward to bringing an intense motivating ride to her classes!
