Joseph Gonsalves

Joe's passion for coaching led him to become a Certified Personal Trainer & Spin Instructor. His competitive nature pushes him to learn new training techniques in order to push you. In doing so, Joe is able to help you achieve your fitness goals, while also helping you improve your self image and confidence. He loves to motivate, challenge and encourage you to push beyond what you previously thought impossible. Joe believes it’s very important to build a strong and solid foundation. His Mantra: Success is achieved from the ground floor up!

Emily Jarosiewicz

Emily just recently graduated from Rowan University with a degree in Health Promotion and Fitness Management.  She has been teaching spin for three years and has a passion for fitness and wellness, as well as making a positive impact on others. Emily is also a Certified Personal trainer looking forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals. She says she loves to channel her energy into trying new things, achieving optimal health and putting a smile on people's faces. She looks forward to riding with you, as we accomplish the unthinkable!

Christine Mousa

Christine has a BA in Psychology and  MS in Counseling. She has always used fitness as her stress relief and loves to run, spin and compete. She has run 15 half marathons and 1 marathon, as well as three triathlons. She had been cycling for pleasure for 10 years before deciding to take her hobby to the next level and become certified. She is currently enrolled to become a health and wellness coach and cannot wait to motivate you! 

Debra Brando

Debi graduated from Slippery Rock University of PA with a Bachelors in Physical Education and Emphasis in Lifetime Fitness. She has certifications in the following. AFAA Group Exercise Instructor,TABATA BOOTCAMP, BEACHBODY PIYO and 
She enjoys training members at ALL fitness levels. Debi finds it especially rewarding to take part in an individual's fitness journey and assist them in attaining their goals.
